Trackon Couriers — use of bad language by the company official and extremely late delivery and lying to customer

This is the worst courier company. The company official of shrirampur branch west bengal has used abusive languages while i was complaining against late delivery and the lies they had said about the delivery. The official no. Of shrirampur hub is always switched off and the other no. Provided by the head official uses bad language and rough behaviour for us. They need to be strictly penalised for this kind of service and yes that officials no. Is [protected]. This company don't even know how to talk to people and there service is extremely poor. I requested them to deliver my package on 11th september as they received my parcel on the morning on the same day and they said they ll surely do by the evening and while complaining in the evening the offical had a very bad behaviour towards me and this was not the first time previous 2 incidents were also the same.. Please tell them to learn humanity first.
