Trackon Couriers — very poor approach / parcel not delivered as per commitment | |||
I have been following-up with trackon courier services for one of the parcels from 11th august but there was no update on delivery date. This parcel was dispatched on 8th august from baroda. The landline at rajkot office was also not working so after much digging-up i got the contact mobile number where one lady confirmed on 12th august that you parcel will be delivered on 13th august at 11:00 am. I called-up on the same mobile number at 11:00am but no one was picking-up my phone. I constantly called-up as much as 20 times but still no on replied. I want to the rajkot trikon baug office and the lady staff replied that since it is lunch time we dont reply to phone. They denied to provide 1 single parcel and asked for only cash payment. There was no swiping machine also as the charges amount was big. Lady staff are hired so that can give polite response to customer but this staff are very arrogant. They should immediately terminate such staff from the services. We are paying money for service and if we dont get the parcel even after 5 days at our door step then what is the use of such kind of courier services. It took trackon 6 days to send this parcel from baroda to rajkot. What a pathetic service. I would always recommend to go with anjani courier services as they are swift and charge reasonable.
