Trackon Couriers — worst customer service

I placed an order through @theicai icai - cds service on 9 september 2019. On 13 september 2019 i got an email from icai that your order# xxxxx has been dispatched through trackon courier @trackonindia. On 17 sept i emailed trackon to confirm the status of my order. I did not recieve and reply from them until 2 days. I had to call them again and again. Neither the status is clear when i tried tracking the courier online. On 19 sept i tried calling them thrice in a gap of 3 hours approx., got reply that please provide your contact details, we will get back to you shortly. I wasted my whole day to try and contact them and i live outside india, so spending on international call as well. Icai should look into the service provided by this courier agency and hire some better and more responsible courier services agency as it has been 10 days now but i did not receive my courier. I do not understand, how is it so difficult for an agency providing services to reputed institute like icai, to not be able to track the courier or feel responsible enough to reply to the customer. Icai should take action against such services by trackonindia. It is the worst service provider ever.

After everything i called them again today twice, and one last time told them that i am not hanging up the phone, they finally connected me to the concerned department. The lady spoke to me in a rude way and instead of apologizing, lied to me that she called me on another number in india. When i asked her why she did not call me on the number provided by me 5 times (Which is of outside india) she was arguing with me saying they cannot call on this number. They do not have facility to call outside india. I also called my brother to confirm if they called him, but he did not receive any call from them.

She even had no idea, where the courier needs to be delivered to and asked me to wait for another 10 to 15 days.

She also cut the call in between without even me completing.

Is this the kind of behavior this courier agency employees does with its customers. They do not know how to talk to their customers or deal with them. Hanging up the call on face is so not acceptable.

It is my humble request to icai to kindly change their courier services to some better agencies like dhl.
