Trackon Couriers — Your employee has lost my PAN card

I was Gangadhar Narasaya Singu when
I paid for correction as I lost my bet card but on 15th August 2021 came in Tracon Courier (Ganesh Charpalwar - [protected]) Shop No 5, Kailash Market, Station Road, Padampura, opp. Jay Tower, Aurangabad, Maharashtra 431005
and on 20th August he showed dispatch and I did not get it. Then when I inquired, he said, "I have lost your card, but I will call you when I find out what to do. So, I have suffered mental problems and financial loss." However, it is my humble request that Hon'ble Sir give me justice.
