I ordered electric power sprayer 1100w worth Rs.5888 in trademeshop.com on 27/08/2021 via Payu transaction no.[protected]. After 2 days I received mail from trademeshop.com your order is in processing mode we will dispatch your item within 4-5 days. Till date the item has not been disbatched and yesterday onwards the website is not open and land line number is not reachable. Can you help me how can I get the refund.
