[Resolved]  Tradexl — do not provide you a salary if you are employee and a service if you are client. stay away from them. no business ethics.

My last working day at tradexl was 18th may 2017. I was informed by pune branch manager mr. Anoop dwivedi and my manager mr. Vilas khande, that as per hr policy, your full and final settlement will be done within 45 days from my last working day. I have not yet received the amount. It is already more than 6 months. I have been taking follow up with mr. Anoop dwivedi, and was always informed that it will be settled soon. I have called him hundreds of time and also visited the office but every time he gives excuses. And hence i'm writing this post to seek an update from mr. Anoop dwivedi (Branch manager-tradexl media pvt. Ltd. Pune) regarding current status of my final settlement.
I have read the kvilas review on same page, which is 100% true. I have also experienced the same things in tradexl media pvt. Ltd. Pune.in the month of september, i brought 34, 500 rs. Amount from mr. Chirag sir for google adwords campaign on the basis of 300rs. Daily budget. Initially i told chirag sir that we keep minimum 500 rs daily budget. But he was not ready to go for it as daily budget was expensive. Then my manger mr. Vilas khande called mr. Chirag sir to convince to go for 500rs. Daily budget but not succeeded. Then he took a permission from branch manager mr. Anoop dwivedi though he is aware about the thing that tradexl won’t run the campaign for 300rs. Daily budget, still he gave us a permission.
I am very clear with mail communications with clients and my managers. I always keep cc to my managers while communicating with clients.in this case i did the same thing. I marked up cc to all people including mr. Anoop dwivedi, mr. Vilas khande and tradexl entire service team. After many communications, service team told us that we cannot able to run clients campaign for 300rs daily budget. Meanwhile mr. Chirag sir was asking me to refund his amount. I provided him all the mail communications i did with my managers in which i asked for your refunds. Finally, after many unsuccessful attempts mr. Chirag sir sent a legal notice in the month of december 2106 to tradexl media pvt. Ltd. To refund the amount.
When i read that notice, he clearly mentioned there that his daily budget was 300rs. And tradexl spent more than 800rs on daily basis. I raised this concern to mr. Anoop dwivedi and mr. Vilas khande that we got a notice from a client. Then they told me that we got hundreds of notices from clients. Do not worry, we will handle it. You just concentrate on your sales. After that in the month of march there was a second notice from mr. Chirag sir. Then my managers called me in the cabin and told me that client has sent us a notice again and we have checked both the contracts (One copy salesperson give to client and other to office) they mismatched. I told them firstly, client has clearly mentioned in his notice that a problem was of 300rs daily budget where we failed to give him proper service and second thing, at the time of deal i told a client that we do contract of 69, 000 amount then he said i am not interested to do that. When i discussed this with mr. Anoop dwivedi and mr. Vilas khande then they said first bring the half amount and if he gets the result then bring remaining amount from the client. I also communicated with this client. As it was my first deal i forgot to mention contract amount is 69, 000. And when i was going to submit the contract then i was asked to mention 69, 000 amounts in it. Then mr. Aditya sent a welcome mail to client by attaching this contract photo with it by marking cc to me, anoop, vilas and entire service team. As soon as client got this mail he replied on the same mail that his contract is of 34, 500 rs and not of 69, 000rs it was entire team who was responsible in providing a client an exact solution. It was team’s fault because no one replied to client’s query (Specially mr. Anoop mr. Vilas and helpdesk manager) and live the campaign without solving client’s problem and that too without client’s approval. I had all this mail communication.
When i was in cabin, i asked mr. Anoop and mr. Vilas that my mail id has been blocked, what is happening. Then they told me that we have discussed with hr siva kambhoj, mr. Sitesh koshre (Country manger) and mr. Amit sahani (Director) about you. So, you need not to worry about your job and do concentrate on sales. I did 1 lac rs sales in the month of april. We got our salary on 5th of every month. I did not get my april month salary on 5th march. I asked this to mr. Anoop dwidevi, then he said you will get it within 2 days as your cheque is coming through delhi office. Still 17th of may he was telling me the same thing. He is the one who told me that i handled many legal notice and you need not worry about it. You just concentrate on your sale. For 47 days i travelled daily 60-70km for the meeting from my own money for tradexl. Finally, i asked asked him what is happening then they told me that we have discussed with mr. Aman sahani and mr. Sitesh koshore who told us to ask me to live the company and your full and final settlement will be done within 45 days. I was numb and speechless at that time because being a family man i needed my monthly salary for which i worked so hard. My manager mr. Vilas khande told me that i am giving you a word that it will be my responsibility to provide you a salary. So, don’t worry and find a new job. I just wanted to tell him one thing that do not give such false promises to anyone if you won’t complete it. It hampers your value.
I did hundreds of visits, calls to mr. Anoop dwivedi (Pune tradexl branch manager) mr. Vilas khande (Manager tradexl pune) and mail to shiva kambhoj (Hr tradexl) and mr. Sitesh kishore (Country head) mr. Aman sahani (Director). I have all the mail communication and call recordings of mr. Anoop where he mentioned that you will get your salary in 2, 3 days. Now, i am pissed off to all these things because i am 100% sure that i will not get my salary.
Need to tell you one thing, stay away from tradexl media pvt. Ltd. Pune. It is a fraud company. No business ethics.
