I strongly feel TradeXL media Pvt. Ltd. company should be banned from Pune's Market as they are spoiling the market and looting customers money.
I am a former Employee of Tradexl Media Pvt. Ltd. Pune. I haven't seen such pathetic company in my entire career. It was my biggest life mistake to join such company. Being a Sr. Human Resource Manager, HR Ms. Shiva Kamboj role is to take care of an employee and resolve the issues between company and employee. But she fails in her job by making false commitments to an employee. She is incapable for an HR role.
As a sales manager, it is my duty to give complete transparency while making a business deal with customers without giving any fake commitments to them.
For that, it is necessary to provide us a complete product training, to make us aware of company policies, documentation process needed for deal and assistance from seniors while dealing with the client’s problems. But they do not provide anything because even Branch Manager in Pune branch Mr. Anoop Dwivedi is unaware about Product offerings and expert in fake commitments. He is very fond of CHADHAWA which means if you need your salary cheque or to survive in the company then you need to offer him a party in Valentine hotel located in Pimple Gurav. STRANGE!!!
I have just resigned from this company after knowing all these things. Many clients from Pune have already filled a consumer complaint against them. Many times, Paid Client doesn't get a single inquiry from their portal.
I request you all (Both Employees and Clients) be aware of such fraud companies because being a former employee I can surely tell you that it is a FAKE COMPANY.
Bad Practices: I am eye witnessed that they do not run any Google AdWords campaign of clients many times. At the time of Renewal or any Service Meeting or when a client wants to see his AdWords on Google, what they do is, they call in Gurgaon head office and asked the concerned person to live clients campaign. That person then lives the campaign till meeting gets over and then resume it. All money goes into their pockets.
