We have taken a service from trade xl & paid them rs. 48000/-.
Name of the executive : mr. Omprakash singh (Who gave us false commitments)
Name o f the branch manager: mr. Anoop.

We have been fooled by trade xl, their executive has committed us for the below things:

1) they will make our 5-6 categories live on google. (Only 1 category has made by them)

2) will receive frequent inquiries. (Not a single inquiry has been received till date)

3) not a single service call has been made by them after taking the payment.

4) we are continuing following up with them regarding the services they committed earlier, still not receiving any response from them & they all are taking us very casually including the branch manager.

5) mr. Omprakash is not responding to our calls.
