Traffic Police Bangalore — on a challan drive to collect fines

Today i was parking my car in front of "the village super market" i barely was getting out of the car, my seat belt still on, the traffic inspector krishnappa came with his mobile phone and started clicking pictures. I have told him that i can park else where but he was clear in his objective and told me that i could go to court and speak to them. I am wrong and i will pay the fine. I urge the police to be a little more polite, i understand that they are stressed too but treating every one as offenders and showing authority is completely wrong. To all who read the post, there is no parking in front of village super market, please order your groceries on line.
