Traffic Police Pune — Wrong fine

I am moving from akurdi chauk to chinchwad station.
One traffic police stops me. I am in car. I was not wore seat belt. I am expecting warning from him as i carried all documents with me. But he tool my car number and mobile number. And directly msg on mobile about fine msg and link was there to pay 200rs but the message was not carrying license.
It was wrong.
