Registration number of ap31em3889 belongs to car in name of t vara prasanna kumar but whereas some unknown person misusing this registration number. I request you to take an action and make me safeguard from this miscreant actions. I attached image and challan generated with my registration number.

I am complaining this matter immediately when it get into my notice. I request you to protect me in this regard. Please catch that fraud person and ensure that it should not happen in future.
