Dear sir, I am ANIBASH BARMAN a customer of city network .My virtual card no is [protected]
Chip I'd is [protected]
Stb no is [protected].We feel so many complaints against the local cable operator (LOKNATH CABLE NETWORK).
The complaints are
1.can't option to chose the free air channels.
2.force to activate the customer, minimum 100free to air channel.
3.I want to chose under 100 channels (free to air +pay channel), but local cable operator can't accept my proposal.
4.after manage my channel in the citynetwork.comwebsite it shows total unic channel 83, total amount Rs.232.70
But LOKNATH CABLE operator forced to pay Rs.255.already payment by me Rs.250 because he forced me to pay otherwise he want to disconnect my connection.so how can it possible???
5.their services are very poor
6.can't received the phone for complaints if i call whole day or night.
6.and so on
7.already complained to city network so many times but not resolve or not response
So, please solve my problems as soon as possible.

    Videocon d2h is the worst possible service provider.
    Their website and app both don't work and all the customer care number provided are either invalid numbers are don't connect. On writing to them they give you solutions which u had said are problems that don't work.
    I have selected my own pack but that still hasn't even been activated and there is absolutely no response from them but they have charged for the whole months with no services provided

      As per the TRAI new regulation cost for cable TV is not useful for the people of india we are still middle class to handle those heavy costages we are paid 150 in past to see many channels but we pay 150 uselessly now and pay more for one or two channels please consider this and change it or revise the 150 amount

      This is to inform even after the selection of channels list and payment made in advance the cable operator not showing proper interest in giving connection of new channels list and telling when ever we give connection its our will to give and told to get last
      My cable operator(swastik cable Network) is forcing me to select channel package as a whole instead of single channel as I have the freedom of choosing the channel as I want according to your rules and regulations.

        Actually my Airtel dish ID [protected]. I called on customer care on 21 Feb. And told them actually I want free channel on my dish. After that they told me is on rental ₹155 monthly. I said ok. Then they said they changed our plan . I recharged by ₹200 . But it expires on 10 March. I again called them and asked but they said my plan is ₹340 per month. And they charged it. Sir now they told I can change by my self but not able to change by Airtel App also. So I want the plan of my dish to changed on minimum rental for free channels. Mob no. Is [protected]... And [protected]. So kindly help I want that they change my plan and revert the extra charge that they take. We shall we thankful to u u for this help

          I am a regular customer of hathway cable ( jai hind cable Aurangabad) . As per their tarrif I paid the given amt. given in the app & shown on the net. But i didnot get the channels which i select. as per TRAI Rules How can they costing The free channels ? Hathway cable added certain conditions . If we bought their package then only they show the free channles. complain portal is remain closed. customer care no. is also remain in close position. Pl. solve the issue.

            Earlier we had the right to choose what we want to watch on what day of the week or what hour of the day
            This trai thing deprived is if this basic right now we have to watch particular channels chosen for a month
            Earlier i had all the channels for rs 250 now i've to pay at least 500 for my channels
            You say select your channels but # how can we select movie channels we want to watch a movie on first channel on one day and on other channel the other day..
            It cannot be specified..
            Now you choose what we see not we come
            Stand alone channels are so costly and if we buy a boquet we have unwanted channels and higher channel numbers.. Which will again be costlier

            TRAI made rule that customer can select channels and only that much plus tax would be charged. My cable operator says TRAI has asked to telecast DD channels and we have to pay Rs 130.00 more
            This is expensive earlier we were paying 250 now he is asking 450

              There is no such rule for compulsory 100 fta channels
              Den network provides 100 free to air channels compulsarily we do not need many channels from that and we have to pay extra 20 rs for next 25 channels what is all this
              Please confirm that if it is necessary to have those 100 free to air channels or not
              We don't want any extra languages like kannada marathi etc??

              I am from bhopal, my digi cable operator stop dd sport channel, this channel is free but my cable operator stop broadcasting dd sport channel, I am call many time to my cable operator but they don't solve my problem.u r last hope.
              Plz resolve my problem.

                  I am using a videocon D2h connection for about an year.(Customer ID :[protected], RTN:[protected]
                  ( RAMACHANDRAN MEDAYIL HOUSE PATHIYOOR PO BHAGAVATHIPADY, PATHIYOOR)

                  We are very happy with the 3rd March 2017 order regarding the regulation of tariff of cable network and dth connection.In this order it clear in the Annexure Explanatory Memorandum pageno:35 itemno 50 & page no:47 item no 81, page no11 item no 5 explanation portion"the customer have the right to choose 75 pay channels and for that he had to pay only the NCF Rs130+tax
                  and this value will not change irrespective of the pay channel we subscribed.
                  Trai asked the operators to create their own packs and on the same time Trai give freedom for the customer to choose any 75 sd pay-channels
                  But now as I understand almost all the cable operators and dth companies sabotage this order by creating their own BST packages including pay-channel and and challenging customer's basic right to choose their best channels.It is a case of clear looting and violation of trai order.
                  My DTH operator the videocon D2h service provider ask me to recharge for rs130+tax for their BST pack which may includes 75pay-channels and if the customer try to add any pay-channel, he has to pay in extra.(I had the audio clip regarding the conversion.).I mailed about my problem several times finally the give me this replay:-
                  "We would like to inform that as per the DTH guidelines, it is obligatory for any DTH operator to provide all the channels (currently 187) as notified by Central government for mandatory to all its subscribers. Accordingly, the New Tariff order/Regulation of TRAI also mandated to include all such channels to be provided by DTH operator within the first 187 channels to be provided to all its subscribers. TRAI has already published FAQs to clarify the provisions of New Tariff order/Regulations on its website which can be accessed through visit on link https://www.d2h.com/trai-guidelines.php".
                  Sir I don't want any of the BST packages created by videocon operator
                  I just need 25 Mandatory channel by government and provision to select 75 pay channels according to requirement.

                  Sir hereby I would like to draw your kind attention towards this.
                  I humbly request you to take this a email as a petition against the clear violation of trai order regarding the tariff of tv channels.
                  and Please conduct an immediate investigation regarding the way of implementing this order by dth and cable operators.And conduct a survey among common people.

                    I am customer of digi cable (Astavinayak operator) in our area from 1month we are not able to see our selection channels what is use of trai rules simply operator tell us that server is not working and even though they don't have licence to run this tv cables we tried to call reliance company to overtake this but they not allowed and they are criminals. If this happens then what todo with them please suggest us the way

                      Lekin abhi tak mere channel tv screen par nahi a rahe he, 200:
                      Signal interruption a raha he /activate nahi kiye hai aur na hi payment return ki he, me bahut complaint de chuka hu, lekin abhi tak koi action nahi liya he.

                        My name is sathish.in my home we are using videocon d2h for last 2 years. I am recharge with online. From last 15 days free channels are not coming. When i had complained to the videocon customer care they told me to recharge once again. As per their instructions i have recharged with rs 211. As per them due date is 30 the april 2019. Now also free tv channels are not coming. When i complained again to videocon customer care, the agent told me they will send their engineer and i have to pay 200 as service charge. My question is why i have to pay. My videocon d2h balance now is rs 359. My videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. I request you sir kindly intervene in this matter and insist videocon d2h company to make their engineer service charge free and rectify the problem at the earliest.                           Sundirect dth recentily with out my permission changed my package to kannada dpo package 3. Their customer care numbers are not working at all.
                          Recentily i have paid online to malalalam dpo package 1, my money debited from my account but package also not changed.

                            My cable operator is not providing some channel that are free which i usually like to watch.
                            Any international cricket match is scheduled to be telecast on dd sports but as soon as the match starts, my cable operator shuts down that channel. When i complaint about it then they forced me to take paid channel of star sports in order to watch any cricket match. I already have a den dth connection and my pack is of rupees 265 but then also i am not getting dd sports channel on match days.

                              I had order redmi 6a on sat, 02-mar-2019 06:26 pm there no cod so i order prepaid billing. But they cancelled that order next day without any reason so i also apply for refund amount. But there was no response from there side. Up to 2 days, then i contact with there chat support team on 11.03.2019
                              They register complaint against (Woin[protected] and he told they call back in 4 hours about that but till time they cant contact with me. And today i repeat contact with there chat support team mr. Rahath anjum i asked about (Woin[protected] status. Thaey wasnt give me status and yesterday why not calling me from your side, then they lied he told we called but you are not reachable. But i told him my mobile had reachable. He told we give you proof about calling, so i told please give calling details. Then he told i was not share to you. And they told me we rearrange call back to you in 48 hours. I told him its my urgent basis i need my money as early possible, but they wasn't help me on that. They show only purchase refunded.

                                I have selected ala carta pack. That means only selected channel will be avavailble to watch as well as trai has also regulated like wise.
                                But airtel used to show some particular chaneel (Ndtv) without my consent.

                                Therefore it is just breach of my privacy and violation of rule specified by trai.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I have videocon d2h account no 44819206.
                                  I had selected specific channels on 18.2.19 and paid accordingly via paytm of rs. 468.00.
                                  As of today 12.3.2019, none of the selected channels are been seen. The old package is still been continued. As per the old package rs. 770.00 approx is been charged. On continuous follow up with the customer center, every time i am getting new query and the issue is not been resolved.
                                  Once they said, your selected channels will get migrated in 2 - 3 days. This was on 26.2.2019.
                                  But no resolve.
                                  Last they said, that i will have to re select the channels as their system does not show the same.
                                  The co is over charging, not been migrating the new package. The customer care does not respond well or are unaware of the details.
                                  As of today 12.3.2019, the tv has no channels coming now. Neither the basic channels nor the paid channels.
                                  Please intervene as assist in solving the matter.

                                    We have beenusing airtel digital tv for many years. But with new trai rules we approached the airtel service centre for our list of channels for which the charged rs150/- as service charges. Again we changed our pack online for which we are paying rs.469/-we have topped up with 5 free channels tv (, abn, sakshi all news channels svbc and bhaksti tv which are all free channels. We added one sd zeetv channel for which the bill has come to rs.560/-. I don"t understand on what basis rs 91/- extra has come. Also we don"t want watch shopping add channels so also divyavani and aradhana etc.
                                    They have given some packages but all the list of ap packages are not shown except for 3. If we approach the service centre they are asking for service charges. Being senior citizens how many times can we pay service charges. If we do it ourselves they charging. Kindly help

                                      I m copletely fade up with the fraud calls on daily basis people are calling me and giving me some exited things some people ask me about my bank details some are telling me we are giving you credit and loan and bla bla with wrong information.

                                      Every people calling me from mobile number.

                                      In the morning someone call me with this contact number fro personal from sbi and telling you can complaint anywhere when i m discussing with her its dnd number and pls stop the calling me.
