I represent the risk and fraud detection team of Traknpay. We have looked closely into the complaint you have raised above with regard to our services.
We have noticed that the merchant which you tried to register (Doracash communication) is an alias of a previously blacklisted merchant called "Kitopay nanotech". The screenshot attached to this post contains details.
There were several complaints of fraudulent practices against your preexisting merchant ID ("Kitopay nanotech"). Your recharge portal was collecting customer funds and deliberately failing recharge transactions, thereby defrauding customers of their funds.
We have received complaints from the cyber crime departments of various states with regard to such fraudulent activity and as such, we have no choice but to block your account, as well as initiate criminal proceedings against both portals: "Doracash communication" and "Kitopay Nanotech".
