Traknpay — unethical practice allowing gambling lottery websites, card misuse

I recently found some unusual charges on my amazon wallet and upon investigating further, i found that it was used for lottery purchases via traknpay by my nephew who is not even 15 years old! Their website has no proper contact information, just an email address to which i emailed 7 days back and no response. Their organization and work ethics seems questionable at best as their terms clearly say gambling and lottery sites prohibited and yet, they have given services to active lottery websites allowing even minors to purchase tickets!

I've sent them and the website a notice and waiting a response until upcoming wednesday as thereafter, will followup on this issue legally and also contact their upstream providers and rbi as well for this unscrupulous business they run of providing merchant account services to banned businesses and then dont respond to customers!
