I have been working in Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for over four years. Before the Covid-19 Lockdown, the Managing Director announced that we would all have to work from home as the Government will shut the country due to Lockdown announced by our Government. He called each person to his cabin and asked us to sign a document on their company's letterhead stating that they have made all the arrangements for us to work from home. We were also given the timings to work from home, from 10:30 am to evening 6:30 am.

In the letter, he had mentioned that since it will be work from home, they will pay us 40% of the salary. He signs this as Managing Director of the company as well as the then Assistant Manager Ms. Devi.

They also sent each employee a mail saying we will pay 50% of the March 2020 salary and release the balance after the Lockdown is over. It's nearly one year, and he has not given us the balance salary for March 2020.

From the day I started working every month, the salary was supposed to be credited to our ICICI Bank on the 7th. Still, we generally received the compensation only after the 20th. His brother Balaji Shetty, our team leader, and another person Gopal Asrani will announce that since the company has not received money from the client, the salary will be delayed.

Every month the same problem continued. Trans GNX doesn't have a proper setup except for a rented office at Nandanam (next to the sub-registrar). Salaries never came on time. I used to stay in a hostel, and it was difficult managing without the wages.

From the time the Lockdown started every day, we have to log in to the online system at 10:30, and even if we are delayed due to internet problems, they will deduct 1/2 day salary.

They paid 15% of salary as against the 40% promised before Lockdown, and finally, from June 2020, they stopped paying us any money. Same excuses continued - Clients have not paid our dues. Is it the employee's problem or the problem of the management?

Nearly 22 people were asked to leave last December (2020), saying that since they did not pay GST charges, they cannot reimburse our salaries. Such a WORST and FRAUD company run by Mr. Karthik Shetty, who calls himself the Managing Director.

This Karthik Shetty also had a bad habit. He had his cabin, but he also set up a cubicle so that he will act as if he is working on his laptop and keeps looking at the girls working there. Such an evil person is looking at his lady employees. Most of my friends kept complaining that he kept staring at us and acting as if he was working. But this MD does not have basic computer knowledge.

Karthik Shetty just loved flaunting his Red Color Skoda and always invited girls for meetings. Once when I accompanied him, he asked me to sit in the front, and as if changing gears, he used to touch my legs. I felt so awkward that I directly asked him. He says if you want to climb the ladders in your career, you have to satisfy the company's owners. He is such a nasty character. Another girl colleague complained to Police that he tried to touch her. After lots of begging in the police station and he gave in writing that he would not harass any girl employee, Scott was left free. He is such an indecent person I have never seen in my life. He also used to keep a register near the women's toilet, and we have to enter the time we went to the bathroom and exit time. If we made any mistake, Karthik Shetty will take the toilet register and ask us why you spent so much time in the toilet. Such a nasty person calls himself Managing Director. Many colleagues say that he got married twice and also got divorced both times. He is a characterless fellow.

I came here to mention that he closed the office permanently and now operating from his residence at Kodambakkam - The address, as mentioned in Google, is - APT Villa, Grace Court, Station View Rd Kodambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600035. The phone number also does not exist. Every time I check to see whether they have opened their operations, I find it is temporarily closed.

I request all companies giving business to Trans GNX HR Solutions that Karthik Shetty, Managing Director, is a 100% Fraud and Fake Person. His intention is only to cheat people.

He is not signing my Provident Fund papers despite me writing several emails to him. Now he says that I am not an employee, and he threatens that he will file a police complaint against me for harassing him. I think they have destroyed all my papers.

But I have the appointment letter with me. My graduation certificates are in Karthik Shetty's possession, and he is not willing to give them. He is saying give me proof that my credentials are with him.

During joining, they collect all employees' original certificates and release them once the contract period is over. But now, it is more than a year, and I have not received my original certificates, which is in his possession. He is taking revenge because I refused to accompany him for client calls. But it was not client calls but joy rides. No girl from a good respectable family will go for joy rides with a person like Karthik Shetty and the Trans GNX HR Solutions owner.

I request all companies giving him business like Cognizant Technologies, Standard Chartered Bank, Avaya Soft not to give this Fraud Company any business for cheating all employees. They do not have any proper setup nor a proper office.

I also understand that Mr. Gopal Asrani's wife is working in Cognizant Technologies in the HR Department, and she is helping Trans GNX get staffing orders.

All the Top Management, Marimuthu Karthika, Selvaraj Shetty, Karthik Shetty, Balaji Shetty, and Gopal Asrani, are 100% FRAUDS.

Never approach this company for employment nor avail of any employment services. Their intent is only to cheat their employees as well as clients. Even after running this company for so many years, they are always running in losses. I think they are doing 100% Fraud work and not paying taxes to the Government.

As per one of my friends who is still working with them from his home, they have hired Freelancers to do all the work other colleagues, and I used to do.

I forgot to mention, whenever there was any office function like anniversary Karthik Shetty will call the girls individually into his cabin ask is to wear sarees displaying our navel. He says he loves when girls wear sarees like that. He is such a disgusting person, I have never seen in my life. His brother Balaji Shetty loves taking photos with girls. When we girls plan to take group photo, he will suddenly come and stand behind us.

I think this consumer complains forum is a great place to expose people like Karthik Shetty, Managing Director, Trans GNX HR Solutions. They are so cunning that they have also removed their website to hide their identity.

I request all people looking for jobs through this company not too apply for any jobs and better go elsewhere. This company will take all original certificates and not return back. Such is my plight today.
