I would like to bring to the notice of general public, that I have been working as Freelance HR Executive for Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt Ltd since June 2020. During the Lockdown in Chennai, Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has advertised in LinkedIN and many online portals that they are recruiting Freelance HR Executives for Pan India. I applied and got selected.

I have been working for them on behalf of Cognizant Technologies Ltd. and have successfully recruited more than 12 candidates in the last 6 months.

As per the freelancer agreement Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has to disburse my charges after a candidate successfully completes all interview rounds & stays in the company for a period of 1 month. Subsequently all 12 candidates have got selected and they have completed more than 1 month of job at Cognizant Technologies Ltd. Chennai. Post recruited - Processing Executives.

As per the job requirements I have to source candidates from naukri.com and monster.com, then post job requirements in online portals like naukri, monster, indeed, intellijobs, careesma, mncjobsindia, jobsguru, wisdomjobs, fidanto, jobitfreshers. For such exhaustive jobs, I have not received 1 payment also till date.

It is more than 6 months that Trans GNX HR Solutions has not cleared my dues. Whenever I speak to Mr. Balaji Shetty or Ms. Devi, they keep telling that the client Cognizant Technologies Ltd. has not cleared their dues and hence they cannot make my payment.

For your kind information, I am not working for Cognizant Technologies Ltd. and I am working for Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and it is the responsibility of Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to clear all my payments.

I would advise all persons looking for Freelancer opportunity in Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to take in writing all the terms & conditions and not go by verbal / email instructions or agreements.

This company is recruiting Freelance HR recruiters left and right and are just exploiting HR executives who are looking for a job during and after Corona Lockdown.

I will say that they are a 100% Fraud HR Company who are misusing their name and client name to get people on board and lastly cheating them by not releasing payments.

The actual color of Trans Gnx HR Solutions management came after the Government announced a lockdown due to Covid 19 Pandemic. The MD Karthik Shetty told the office that since it will be work from home, we all will be getting 20% of our Take Home Salary. The management also gave us a letter to that effect but what we received is just 5% of basic salary. He announced that he would provide March full compensation, we worked till 22nd March, but later he distributed only 50% of it.

Dear All,

FYI. This is to announce you that the remaining salary for the month of March 2020 will be released post lockdown. Since the expected payment is not received from our client and we are force to do this. April 2020 Salary will be release as per the work from home agreement. We regret this inevitable situation and hope you will co-operate us.

The HR head Devi sent the above email stating that they will balance 50% of March Salary after lockdown, but we have not received anything until today.

Now we don't know whether we are employees of Trans Gnx. We have started looking for other opportunities even though we have a confirmation letter from Trans Gnx HR Solutions. The confirmation letter states that we will be employees for 58 years. But nothing is real.

The management is run by Karthik Shetty, Balaji Shetty, Gopal Asrani, Devi, and no one is available for communication. They are just sitting quietly so that employees will leave the company on their own. The company is not at all trustworthy. They only want to extract maximum work from employees, and after that, they are not bothered.

Of course, they provide us with job training and provide coffee and tea during office hours. The lunchtime is also very late and only 1/2 hour, but the confirmation letter states 1 hour. It is all ok, but the way management treats us after March 2020 is terrible and pathetic.

When I visit the office, I find all new employees working there. When asked why they are not calling us back, there is no reply from MD Karthik Shetty or HR Head Devi.

I pray that good sense prevails MD Karthik Shetty, and he retains all old employees. Now, what is the career scope for us?? Why is management silent on taking back senior employees? Is this the trust they were building in the last few years??

During work from home every day, there was an online meeting held through Skype. The MD will continuously tell us that the management is very much concerned about all employees. Now there is no news from him. Even Gopal Asrani (Service Delivery Manager), who is our Manager, gave all false commitments. Whatever he told is 100% Lies.

Karthik Shetty 100% Fraud. He has ruined our career. We have nowhere to go but again start our employment process from the beginning. There is no news about the experience certificate. They are holding all the original certificates which they took before the appointment.

From June 2020, there is no communication from Devi or Gopal or Karthik Shetty. Plus six months no salary. Also Balaji Shetty got married in August. When management is not having any money to pay employees how they can arrange a grand wedding is very surprising.

My only advice to anyone looking for an opportunity in Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not to give their original certificate to the management and not trust them. They will provide adequate job training, but when it comes to working culture, it is terrible. You cannot trust such a company.

The management is employing Freelance HR Recruiters and is trying to get all our jobs done through them. I once heard from Gopal Asrani that they are planning to recruit 350 Freelance HR Recruiters who will work for Trans GNX, and we will be providing all support to them. They want to show the corporate world that they are having more than 300 employees.

Most important for new person trying for a job here, you will not get salary on time. Every month either Karthik Shetty or Gopal Asrani will make announcement that client has not given the money so salary will be delayed. We generally get salary paid on 20th.
