Agent of trans vertical services called me and wrong information about the service and conveced me to purchase the services . After purchase i check the booklet and the services are not provided to me .
Then i request to cancle the purchased services, they refused to cancle the order.
As per their cancellation policy they mentioned 30 days return and full refund policy. Was this information helpful? |
