First they call as we provide discount card, but have to pay 7200 from credit card and it will covert into Emi, after all process if limit is not in card then they say ur card will go into minus amount, so pay now only to avoid minus in card……be careful

Agent of trans vertical services called me and wrong information about the service and conveced me to purchase the services . After purchase i check the booklet and the services are not provided to me .
Then i request to cancle the purchased services, they refused to cancle the order.
As per their cancellation policy they mentioned 30 days return and full refund policy.

I am purchased a card from discount card from transdeals company via call sales person, he told me that i will provide 10 to 15% discount on online purchases but now i m just provided 3 to 5% only. Its a cheating from them even though the voucher available on site is also expired. Also i am not informed that i have to purchase the vouchers from site & after that it get delivered at my home.
