Transactree Technologies Private Limited — Buyer not providing account details or Link to clear the due and charing over due

I have come across a over due on my CBIL account that has been reported recently, which I have not even taken from the Lender, but it is showing I have taken 1000 and the pendng payment is 500 under overdue.
This is affecting my CIBIL score to a maximum extent, the lender is not at all responding to calls or Emails.
I need the bank details or Link to make payment of 500INR which is not at all a huge amount but charging overdue wihtout providing any details to pay.
