I brought a 10 thousands amazon gift card of 9700 hundred rupees!! But when i want to redeem my promotional voucher they are invalid!! And his number is also out of reachable!! I required a refund of the inr 8999+9700 as company has promised a wide range of online discount! So they did fraud and cheated with me! I purchased a card in January 18 with lifetime validity.My card need to be renewed but i haven't got any call or msg regarding it.even my 1 gift was also pending.Kindly look into the matter.
