List of misplace items- 1) Kids bycycle one no. 2) Tata sky dish one no. 3) 20 Ltr steel container one no. 4) 1Ltr steel container 3 nos. 5) Gas stove burner top misplace. List of damage materials are as below- 1) cloth dryer stand. 2) utensil stand. 3) Metallic cooler air grill. 4) computer speaker and chargable light wire cut by rat. 5) plastic tray damage. 6) washing machine dent. 7) Cartoon cut by rat and found in open condition . 8) kitchen items (grain etc) waste by rat. 9) Bike colour damage 03 location. 10) Mirror damage. 11) Plastic microwave safe container damage. 12)mattress cover damage. 1) I have not deducted any amount. I hold only 5540- rs against 68540/-rs. kindly refer correspondence as agreed by your director MR N S RAWAT dtd[protected]. Also note that cycle make is BSA and brand new cycle, which cost is more than 3800/-rs(New cycle photograph attached) .Apart from cycle there are some others items misplaced by you. Details are
a) Tata sky (as mentioned in receiving document-photograph attached)( b) 20 liter steel container-01 pc (c) 2 ltr steel container-03 pcs
(2)Final cost as finalized by you is 68933/-rs(quotaion enclosed). kindly refer G mail correspondence dtd[protected]
in which you have accepted the same and also refer yahoomail correspondance dtd[protected] in which you have asked for deposit an advance 58933/- and rest amount 10000/- cash at kochi.
I transfer online transaction 55000/- and 8000/- cash at kochi. and only 5540/-rs is balance.
I have received quotation from renowned company aagarwal packers less than your quotation( Enclosed) except unloading i.e 67780/-rs including all taxes but i given chance to you as you agreed that final rate 61000/(transport, packing, loading, unloading, unpacking)+12.36 % tax . you were aware that in kochi strong union is there and accordingly quoted by yourself.
3) only 5540/- rs balance from my side. As the cost of misplace items are more than 6000/- and damage items cost more than 15000/- so, accordingly not paid to you.
4) No expectation from your side. very very [censored] company M/S TRANSTACH .
I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE.

1. baby cycle was missing which you have deducted Rs. 2000/- from our to pay freight
2- we have charged unloading charges from you Rs. 2, 500/ but at Kochi there was Labour Union and they charged for unloading Rs. 15, 000/- you know very well but you are not considering about this matter
3- our balance freight Rs. 8, 900/ still due that amount also you are not paying us
4- we are considering your damages goods it will take some time transtech will be responsible for it and we will settle it as soon as possible
