Order no. 187849. Ordered on 29th Dec 2022. Received a call on 30th Dec 2022 mentioning order is on the way order not received on 30th . chatted on Whats app mentioned that vehicle break down. 31st Dec order not received. followed up no response 1st Jan order not received 2nd Jan called customer care -response was will call you with 30 minutes nobody called. again called on 3rd Jan -response will call back nobody called. sent an email on 3rd jan -no response.. I too have purchased the cabin tables from Transteel. Six feet by three feet. They do not have any support in Karjat - Raigad - Maharashtra. Moreover - it is very very difficult to communicate with their technician. For many months I have requested documentation of the required tools and process. The do not provide any video of any comprehensive document for assembling these expensive tables. Moreover - it is very very difficult to communicate with their technician.
