order not delivered for more yhan a week now.
no response from customer care even after followups . unprofessional behaviour.

we should avoid engaging business with this careless group.

Ordered on 29th Dec 2022.
Received a call on 30th Dec 2022 mentioning order is on the way
order not received on 30th . chatted on Whats app mentioned that vehicle break down.
31st Dec order not received. followed up no response
1st Jan order not received
2nd Jan called customer care -response was will call you with 30 minutes nobody called.
again called on 3rd Jan -response...

I have ordered a Work from Home table from Transsteel. They postponed the delivery date 2 times over email.
Next, when i called they said again that the order will be despatched. They convinced me over the phone that the order was despatched on June 16th if i remember correctly and the table will reach on the 21st. I haven't received it on June 21st. Later when i called them on Jun 22nd they said they haven't.

They agains said that it will be despatched on 23rd.

This company is in a mess. The production department is not able to meet the orders and is lying to the support team. Everybody in this company is lying. I lost

I have asked to refund my money and to date, i have not received an update from them.

Company has not made delivery. Payment was made online. Customer care not responding

I made payment for table and chair from transteel, the order was successful. But it is not featuring in the order list. The amount is deducted from my bank account. It is Rs 13885. I am also attaching the details in the photo as attachment . Please check.

I have order an office chair in the first week of January but it is not yet delivered which a schedule to deliver within a week.

FRAUD ALERT !!

I placed a custom Table order from Transteel in September 2021, However after two month of excuses when the product was not delivered we ask them to cancel the order the order in Novemeber.

Now its January 2022 and I am still waiting for the refund amount.
I have been sending reminder emails to them almost weekly. I have been calling them on their number but looks like they don't have any remorse to reply.

After reading some post on this forum looks like they have been scamming people's hard money for a long time.

I request every one please avoid this platform. This help you to save your hard earned money and save yourself from 4 months of frustration.

I purchased suit high back mesh ergonomic chair with adjustable arms chair order number 18732 from transteel on 1st sep20, and the product got delivered on the 17th and installation on the 18th. On the 18th i emailed [protected]@transteel stating the product is with normal hand rest instead of 6 movements as shown in the video. Since the 17th they are just sharing different mobile numbers and names of their staff and non of the person answering the call or giving any resolution.
I want to return the product and get my refund back.

The Order was delivered 30 days late and Installation is still not done even after a week of delivery date

The Customer care doesn't respond properly. They simply give a next date for any query you ask.

Mental torture for the order done from past one month even after calling regularly for over a month.
