Dear sir/madam
We had contacted this travel agency called travbond which has its head office in delhi for my travel from bangalore to singapore. Initially they asked us to pay 92800 for flight tickets and it was also said that we would receive the tickets by next day itself. Also, they offered us to travel via scoot airlines (Bangalore to singapore) but when we asked for a change in airlines (As scoot airlines allows us to carry only 10kg cabin bag) mr. Ankith promised us to give 20kg baggage per person and 7kg hand bag for the same amount. But, our flight tickets that they booked did not show the same, when asked agents of travbond (Mr. Sumit, mrjeevan and others) are telling us that this is not possible now. I have kept sending them emails and have also texted them and called them continuously requesting for an baggage as promised but everyday they say that we will receive an update by the end of the day and we do not receive any update. We had to pay the remaining amount only after we receive our visa, booking details of cruise, hotel and other vouchers but we have not got anything from their side. Now they are asking us to pay the full amount to book the cruise.
Also till date we have not got our visa and other booking details of cruise (Royal caribbean), hotel bookings, other vouchers. My travel date is fast arriving which is on may 3rd. We have sent all our documents to them which includes passport and other details. Now they do not receive our calls. We request you to kindly take action against them and do the needful.
