I have booked europe package of 265000 from travbond in 2020. Bcoz of covid I couldn’t go. Since then they keep on ignoring my calls. The main frauds are Varun and Jyoti owner of the company. Now the have flew away with the money and changed the address.

We paid 80000 rupees as advance for Europe trip in May 2019 to Travbond. Until today they did not arrange a trip or have returned the money. They just have excuses that Europe was not open earlier and later Europe was closed and later thay you have to get booster shot for Europe and now that visa will take upto 6 months. I have sent them proofs of the people who have been on trips to Europe currently stating that no booster shot is required. Everyone plan and go to Europe with no hassle or anything. But Travbond has cheated us and fraudulently wants to keep our money. Please help me file complaint and get my money back.

They give us package for honeymoon for some personal issue we cancel plan they give us credit notes of 10k. After some months I called to booked tickets but they charge more money for small trip. I asked why but they don't have any answer.
They wouldn't recived calls. Not replying on emails and not refund the amount.
I want my amount back.

In the year 2019 travbond a delhi based company has advertised on online deals for travel...We have been sent everthing through whatsapp(all chat & communication ) available for reference...
We deposted 50000/- in their account once they received the payment, they stopped replying to our messges & also mails ..They gave us many invalid reasons & post following them in 2020 lockdown happened, still we are following them for ou refund but no reply..
We want our money back with intrest.

I had paid 10, 000 via g pay, for my andaman tour. After paying they stopped taking the calls and replying. Plz help

We had booked a package for andaman 7 days 6 nights through travbond in the month of october 2019. We paid rs. 20000 as initial amount. Our flights were booked for 23rd nov 2019. We were continuously following up mr. Anshuman for hotel bookings and he said he will do it in november. However, just 2 weeks before our holiday date, anshuman told us he is not able to book the package with the budget quoted initially. If we wish to proceed with the hotels which v chose we have to pay additional 15000. It was a shock for us that they informed this at the last moment. We asked them to cancel our package and refund the amount in the second week of november. They told that they will refund the amount within 15 days but till today i. E. Second week of december we have not got our money back. Whenever we are calling they are giving us excuses and extending the date of refunding the money.

I have booked a turkey trip with my family on september 12th through one of the travbond agent mr raman. Based on the discussions as well as after seeing many good
Reviews, i trusted him and i proceeded with the booking. Once i have done the booking, afterwards i didnt get any proper response from them.

My travel was planned on october 26th and i did the flight booking by myself and i have paid an amount of 48000 rs as booking amount to the travbond.
From my booking date onwards, i, was regularly calling mr rishabh of travbond operation team and keep on asking him to proceed with the visa processing, but, he was soo
Confident that we have enough time to get the visa and kept on delaying to take an appointment with the visa center.

Finally, asking him many times to book the appointment for visa application, atlast he booked the appointment on october 14th and when we went to the visa centre
For the application submission, they didnt accept our application because they told us they need minimum 12 working days along with 2 holidays were coming up.
The visa center asked us to change the travel date.

Since our leave plan and everything were fixed so i came to know that we wont be able to go for the trip.
Because of this i lost all my flight ticket money since there is no refund for airline.

For the last two weeks i am following up with them continuously regarding my refund status but there is no proper reply from them.
Finally they told me that by october 30th they will update the status. Since i didnt get any status from them i called up them on today november 1 and
One person named mr anshuman attended my call after trying for 10-15 times and when i asked about rishab and my refund status, he told me that rishab
Has resigned the organisation 20 days back (But our visa booking appointment date was october 14th and we talked to rishab on the same day.
Even we have the mail proof also) and he was giving all nonsense and unacceptable replies reagrding our refund.

These guys are really cheating us. They have already ruined our vacation and now they are hesitating to pay our refund.
We need our hard-earned money back.

Travbond are utter cheaters. They take money as advance and donot give service. Ms. Jhanvi refused to pay my money back without any explanations. They dont even pick up the calls.

They have changed the terms and conditions after the advance payment. When refused to agree, they arent returning my money back.

Please don't go with them, your holiday will be spoiled. I am from bangalore and i am trying to reach them from last 3 weeks. Their website states bangalore office, when we went there, it was just a horading. They are cheating people and earning their salary.

This is to inform you that the company travbond did fraud with us myself and my daughter planned to dubai and we check the price s and requirements to this agency. They calling me and give the best prices and i have done payment to them through bank. After receiving the payment and they didn’t call me or received my call. Very next day i received a mail from company 40000/- per person they have given me price and i have paid advance 10000:/ i have receipt also. But in mail they changed the price 40000/- to 70000/- per person no one given me exp i have everything i’m writing from company. They want advance to bound me. 3rd of july i have make payment till date i didn’t get payment.

Kindly request you to help me and do the needful.

Payment fraud package given 40000/- per person and we make advance than very next day they send mail. Of 70000:- per person. Than i told for refund but they didn’t. Please do the needful.

Travbond staff told me on 3rd of july make it now around 8 pm i make payment through bank transfer after that they didn’t me receipt next day i called 20 times no body resp than i called from another number than they picked up ph and next day receipt and package increased they just want booking with fraud and than they said instead of 80000/-they ask for 140000/-. Myself and my daughter we were alone. And did this type of fraud.

While dealing with this company we feel harrassed and cheated. They have taken the initial payment of inr 102000/- on july 18th for the said italy and switzerland holiday package for immediate flight bookings of the promised itinerary.
The next morning (19th july '19) they didnt pick our calls, no updates from them and next evening they are asking of 15k more stating that the flight costs is increased.

And now on july 22nd they are asking for immediate payment of inr 70000 more in order to freeze the flights. They said the exact same thing while taking the initial amount from us on july 18th and still they haven't been able to book the flights in 5 days.

We find this all inappropriate and it is evident that they are not able to fulfil their commitment as promised and on top of it they ask for more money

While we ask for a refund of total amount they keep on giving vague responses through their emails.
We need our total refund back. All our communications with them are well recorded. We would go for legal course of action against them in this matter.

We are seeking expert advice in that matter.

Dear authority, i wish to bring to your notice that a travel agent by name travbond has been operating in delhi and has cheated many customers like me. I have booked a vacation in singapore through them and after promising me an exotic itinerary, they have gone deaf. They collected an advance of 50000 inr from me and now refuse to share any of the accomodation or attraction vouchers. Their modus operandi is very clear. Lure gullible customers by offering them very attractive packages and collect the initial advance. There after alter the itinerary such that customers cancels the trip and then they default on refund of the advance paid by the customer. A very unscrupulous way of minting money at the cost of gullible customers. Please address this issue immediately and bring the operators of this fraud travel agency to justice.
