National Travel — Bad services & theft in bus

On 4th Feb 2013 I was travelling by National Travel from Pune to Bangalore when my bag was stolen from bus. Bag was kept on deck above seat. Bus was stopped at Khodad, Satara, Maharashtra at 8 pm for dinner. Usually all traveller will lock the doors and don't allow anyone go inside. They didn't locked door.

Later when I was filling complaint bus left me at Boregaon Police station and they didn't made any other arrangement for me. Also they refused to refund bus ticket.

I recommend not to use National Travel service.
