I, amita shah and my husband dr vinod shah had booked a two day package with indiatravelyatra..com and the advance online payment receipt is from travelvacanza this package was for 23rd and 24th march but due to the all india lockdown situation we were not able to travel to katra. We talked with mr aman on phone who asked us to inquire post lockdown. Waiting until may, this time the person on the phone said everything is closed and cut the phone. Now, trying to call, it is continuously either busy engaged tone or other numbers are not valid. I had made a previous complaint but travelvacanza doesn’t reply to emails or consumers complaint, so hence i’m placing a second complaint since the previous one is showing as resolved even though that is not so. I have not received any calls or emails from travelvacanza or indiatravelyatra.com and issue is not resolved. So it has been a long journey which started 29/01/20 from booking till now august 20 for a refund of 17000rs 2 days package tour that this travel company has not paid back. Though the circumstances in march were no fault of ours. Im sorry that to get a refund in india i had to resort to consumer complaints whereas in usa i had planned five domestic trips which were refunded 100% without any fuss. A shame for india to have such a reputation of fraud travel agents.

My husband received a call from ms Kiran who most amicably resolved our issue. Hence, I have no further complaint with Indiatravelyatra or Travelvacanza, since finally we got a response as well a resolution. I’m grateful to Indian consumer complaints for providing a platform such as this .

I would like to post a statement that due to the coronavirus pandemic situation our issue with Travelvacanza was delayed and inevitably so was the process of refund being delayed.The efforts put in by their staff finally paid off. Especially notable was the efforts from Ms Kiran who personally handled our case. Her mannerisms and communication skills were at par with the customer service I have experienced in UK. I ONCE REITERATE THAT OUR COMPLAINT AGAINST TRAVELVACANZA HAVE BEEN AMICABLY RESOLVED .Regards,

    Dear sir, i had booked for helicopter devi darshan package tour with travelvacanza tours and i have written several emails for which i have not received any reply. On telephone we were told to contact after post lockdown. We were not able to travel to katra during the all india lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic below i’m including the receipt

    I have not received any response from Travelvacanza for this refund amount. The complaint has not been resolved and Travelvacanza has not contacted me by email or phone

    It has been another 14 days since I posted this complaint and still no response from Travelvacanza. But then what can you expect from a Fraud company? Who doesn’t have the decency to reply to their customers never mind solving their issues. Our package tour was during all india lockdown, no fault of ours .Why are customers made to bear any loss by having to pay in advance?Why don’t travel companies charge only token deposit amount?
    It has been 14 days since I posted this complaint and still I haven’t received any response from Travelvacanza. But then what can you expect from a Fraud company who doesn’t have the decency to reply to their customers?
    Still no response from Travelvacanza a Fraud company WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM A COMPANY WHO DOESNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ???

      I have deposited rs 9000 for helicopter tickets for october 4th 2017 to vaishnodevi from katra and back. Later mukesh varma told that 4th october he will not be able to book and assured me to refund my deposit with in few days. Now even after 3 weeks i have not got my refund and they are continuously telling that it will happen with in a week. Mukesh varma and vishal are avoiding my calls.

        I have booked helicopter trip to Maa Vaishnodevi from Katra. I have booked worth of 02 no tickets.
        But due to bad weather, The trip was cancelled by Company. & Stamped on my booking for eligble to refund full amount.
        So i have reverted with same documents & asked for refund to Travel Vacanza. also i have submitted full proofs & Supporting documents for refund to booking office of travel vacanza. But initially they asked me to wait for 45 days. I waited but no refund. Then after i am inquirying every week. Sometimes they saying it will credit by saturday sometimes they says the board is not issuing refund & etc...
        Its been almost 4 months of booking. Now i got it as a absolute fraud of online booking.
        So i would like to complain.

          We booked helicopter service for 8 passengers by paying inr 23200. On arriving at katra, we realized that chopper service was suspended due to bad weather and hence we had to cancel the tickets. After 2 months of regular follow up, we have just received a refund of inr 16000/- i. E. A total loss of 7000 even though shrine website indicated deduction of only taxes which in this case is hardly rs 300/-

          The agents are now rude and talking of rest of the amount as their commission. Do not book through these cheats

            We have booked 8 helicopter tickets from travelvacanza for travelling to vaishno devi on 19th October 2015.

            The ride was cancelled due to bad weather and they assured us that the booking amount will be refunded within next 45 days...

            I followed up with them for the last 5 months, but they are assuring me that it will be refunded soon...

            I have not yet received the refund amount...

            Please help me to get my refund amount of Rs 16000...

            Dear Team I have helicopter tickets by this travel agency, due to bad weather the flight got cancelled. And the travel abgency arun told that amount will be refund within 45 daysdays .but still the amount is not credited.
            I have received my refund amount. Thanks to consumer complaints forum to help me to refund back the money.

              I am Anuj Kaila from Bangalore. I had booked the travel package from Travelvacanza for a trip to Vaishno Devi. The package was for 2 nights and 3 days (14th July, 2014 night to 16th afternoon) for 3 people. We had booked our helicopter for 15th July for going up and 16th morning return from SanchiChat. I spoke to a one Mr. Mukesh Kumar who confirmed the package and asked me to deposit Rs. 20500 in Travelvacanza's account for the helicopter return ticket and one night (14th night) stay in a 3 star hotel in Katra and the second night (15th night) on top of the hill in Sanchichat. Mr. Mukesh had informed me that we would be staying in a 3 star hotel in Katra called Shree Palace on 14th July. Once we reached the hotel we have noticed that it is not even a two star hotel. After that Mr. Mukesh's partner Sonu in Katra spoke to us on 14th morning informing us that our helicopter will be preponed to the morning of 15th July and we shall return also by 15th evening after doing darshan. However the entire evening this Sonu person was avoiding our calls and did not inform us of the revised itinerary. After many calls he has finally informed us at 10 pm on 14th night that our darshan shall be according to our original itinerary. After that we have asked him to provide us the details of the hotel in which we would be staying on top on 15th night as our return ticket was on 16th morning. However, Sonu has informed us that he will not book a hotel room on top on 15th night as Mukesh had not informed him of anything. He expected us to sleep on the stairs of the hill. This has caused us extreme pain and mental agony. Finally on 15th morning after calling Mukesh several times, one Mr. Vishal arranged our hotel on top for 15th night. Unfortunately, our helicopter got cancelled on 15th and on 16th. The Shrine board has informed us that the money would be returned within 15 working days. I have written several emails to Travelvacanza for my money (Rs. 6335/- refund for the cancelled helicopter) to be returned to me but they are unresponsive. Mr. Mukesh promised me on 13th August that he would deposit the money the next day. However since then he has been ignoring all my calls and emails. Please help me from these fraudsters who have no intention in returning my money.               Please note that I have still not received my refund from these cheats. They are ignoring my phone calls also. Please help!
              I have booked a helicopter tickets from Katra to Vaishno devi, due to bad whether that day th helicopter service eas cancielled so the helocopter service refunded the amount to the travel agent but till date a year has gone by my refund is not give by Travel Vacanza inspite of several reminders

                I Mrs .Romal Suri from Mumbai would like to bring to your kind attention that I had booked our Helicopter tickets on the 5th of Feb for the 9th of March (SUNDAY ) for VAISHNUDEVI DARSHAN, from Sanji Chat to Katra for four
                passengers Romal Suri, Ashit Suri, Harjinder Singh & Deepinder Randhawa through travel agents Travel Vacaanza, New Delhi . We were issued tickets via email by them on depositing Rs.6000 in their account prior to booking .PLS NOTE THEY CHARGED US DOUBLE THE AMOUNT FOR EACH TICKET .When the tickets were issued to us we were told to contact a person in Katra once we reach there to get a debit or credit card which is a mandatory requirement by the Shrine Board before boarding .One day prior to travelling we contacted their person Sonu in Katra who was supposed to give us a debit/ credit card This turned out to be a nightmarish experience as
                this person refused to take our calls and finally on picking up one of our calls to our huge disappointment and shock we got to know he has no clue about the booking . The travel agents also did not respond to our multiple calls ..On the day of the travel we still went ahead and were hoping that they would allow us
                to fly without the debit card only to be shocked further that the tickets issued to us were NON VALID and were cancelled by the Shrine Board for non voilation of Rules .We have no clue what transpired between the agents and the Shrine Board but we became the victims of this fraud.The agents knew much in advance that our tickets were cancelled but did not bother to inform us ..They avoided our calls and sat pretty thinking that we would not make noise .We have had a terrible experience booking these tickets
                through this company as they turned out to be FRAUDSTERS…The mental harassment
                & the shock of not having valid tickets after booking them a month in
                advance and having paid double the amount came as a huge disappointment and we felt terribly CHEATED .. We tried calling the travel agents but nobody responded . We had to buy fresh tickets to come back and were fortunate to get them ..This company is using this way to cheat many ppl who approach them to book
                their tickets on the internet for Helicoper booking for Vaishnudevi Darshan ..After coming back we've been trying to call them for our REFUND but their intention for refund is definitely not there as they are making lame excuse that we have to wait for 45 days .. Kindly look into this matter as many
                ppl are getting fooled and cheated by such midde men who feel that nobody willmake a noise for meagre sum of Rs.6000.. They have harrassed us and continue to do so by being rude and have not responded to our last mail asking for a refund yesterday .. I have all communication as a proof which I can provide any

                They Are very People, we got our total amount, shirne board cancelled our booking but they arrange good service, Shirne board and helicopter service provider working without any logic, they cancelled tickets and sell again same tickets offline to there known person we seen there,
                We had a similar experience of helicopter tickets cancelation by shrine board, since we used agents (Travelvacanza) debit card for booking the tickets. Though for a moment we had the shock of no refund etc, Travelvacanza people (Mr.Sonu etc) asked us to take new tickets and they refunded the entire amount that we had to spent, in the next couple of hours. I am really impressed by the service and ownership taken by these people of Travelvacanza
                I have a similar experience They are booked my 7 heli tickets unfortunately booking was not confirmed still I am waiting for my refund. Not satisfied answer from travel vacanza.
                Very poor service...
                Not yet got refund of my cancelled helicopter ticket money even after 6 month...
