Fraud driver

Usually I travelled through Gujarat travels mostly from Delhi to udaipur by online tickets, but this time due to some situation I went offline and driver was new, he taken the amount and given me a sharing sleeper. Everything was fine and just before jaipur, he told me that this ticket has booked online and you have to take other bus from jaipur and when I told him you can't do like this, he behaved rudely and when I told I will file a complaint...

    Bus was supposed to come at 12:30am at Chandni Chowk but it came at 4:45am & there was no call from driver or we were not given any bus details, tracking link or driver’s number … we were told to keep our bags inside the bus & as there was no place in the bus for bags those were lying on the way for other passengers. It was supposed to reach at 12pm to Vadodara but reached at 6pm. Pathetic service by Gujrat travels … will not recommend anyone…. Window curtains r common for upper floor & lower floor so there were conflicts whether to keep it open or close during day time… not at all worth for 2.2k money

      They left me 30kms away from the city on highway. I told them to wait so I can call someone at my house to know the nearest possible drop point or bypass, but the driver and bus staff did not listen to me.They were very rude. Also I think he was drunk(other guy). The bus number is AR01T9411.. Date 22 Nov from pune to ahemdabaad.

      Pathetic service. Never going to book ticket from this travels again.

        This is regarding my journey on 19/9/23.Dear sir, I had booked a ticket from Pune to Bharuch in multi axle Volvo bus, Ticket no-TSAG23403311, PNR[protected], Seat no-S4, boarding from Wakdewadi. When travels called and told in short time, boarding point has been changed, when i come to boarding know that there will non-Volvo bus. Finally i had travelled with bus no- AR01W5151, I had paid for multi axel, so I need refund of rate difference.

          I have booked my seat from Jaipur to sumerpur but as the bus was stuck at Delhi as informed by Bus driver/conductor and bus will be reach by office at 1 - 2 pm and 5 hour delay from the departure time from Jaipur. I request to the driver/conductor to refund my amount. They confirmed they have cancelled my ticket and I will get my refund but still refund not received. Kindly request you to pls do the needful.               There is no airconditioner in office and they have switched off the fan also
              Their language is so bad The bus which I travel from Ahmedabad to Mumbai by MH47 BL0220 The staff of bus is even worst than office staff their language is foul charger are not working they have started Late by 75minutes I Nearly missed my onward journey they charged Rs 20/=for water bottle unnecessary wasting time during journey Driver even smoking 🚭 while driving there is no dress code for bus staff the place from where Bus started is ugly send your staff to training centre teach them how to behave with passenger

                I am traveling from Pune to vadodara in Gujarat Travels. And bus was break down in Mumbai. They had arranged another bus but seat was not allotted. I have book 4 ticket and the have arrange only 2 seats.

                    Worst service I ever received in my travels in all aspect. First of all, bus was not standing on arrival point, in rain also they asked me to walk about an half km to reach "their" destination. Then total level of language of communication and understanding was third class, very bad towards women. They are not respective at all. Never I feel I'm your customer, who has paid money to travel and experience your service. they are literally harassing mentally, e. g. I asked one of the employees to ask if someone is smoking in the running bus he was not ready to check and resolve the issue and for your information smoking in public places is still not allowed and personally I have allergy with the smoke but it seems your travel agency allows smoking in running bus and in public places and dont care about your passengers. Overall service is very much in critical condition. Even I reached to complaint portaly through website contact number, they were also rude to tell that they don't know about such complaint number. That was totally wrong to not giving the freedom of expression. Kindly look into it.

                      1. Bus was so dirty & unhygienic, i have attached the pic of the pillow provided in the bus . Curtain & the blanket was also of same condition

                      2. My Footwear ( Adidas Brand ) got stolen from the bus . Bus staff boarded few local passengers on the way and the possibility is they might have taken it . when informed this to the bus staff they blamed me asking that i should be attentive .

                      3. While booking lots of facility was committed which included drinking water bottle too . At mid night when i asked for the water they showed me the reused bottle filled with the tap water which was kept near the Bus driver seat .

                      4. Bus was loading the goods at mid night and i went down for washroom, while going down i informed the driver but the moment i came back but started the movement i have to run behind the bus for 15-20 meter .

                      Kindly take the strict action so that it doesn't get repeated again

                        Respected Sir/ Madam,

                        Myself Akhil booked a bus from the "Redbus" website to travel from the bus agency name Gujarat Travels Ahmedabad to Hyderabad on Dec 9th travel date is on Dec 10th in the Redbus app I selected O, the seat which is on the left side upper comfortable as I was traveling single, when I entered in the bus they are giving me seat which I am not comfortable when I put my issue to bus driver and conductor their tone is rude and abuse way told me to the seat which is given to you, the seat they gave with a double which I am not comfortable I am carrying a laptop, cash and other things with me and I want to have privacy and peaceful Journey alone but they are forceful made me sit within dual seat which I am not at all comfortable its matter of safety sitting next to me. While booking I chose my seat comfortable O, but the Gujarat Travels, bus driver and conductor forced me to sit as they wish when I said this is wrong they said you booked to Redbus check with them we don't do anything you have to seat where we say rudely. When I called Redbus customer care they called Gujarat Travel, Gujarat Travel instead of sorting out the issue I am facing he is giving childish reason bus was canceled we gave another bus adjustment and go if not I will refund you the amount got down from the bus very harshly when I said I want a seat as allocated and my journey hour is 28 to 30 hours Gujarat travels simply saying me to adjust or get down the bus. In the middle of the journey where I should go? They are not working as per customer satisfaction they acting as doing something a favor. I request you sir/madam please take Royal necessary action that they shouldn't do with me and any other customer. Redbus and Gujarat Travel should be fined. Please take strict action I believe in Judgment

                            I am travelling from Pune to Ahmedabad and I'm told or rather given one 20 mins break. After a lot of asking the driver wakes everyone at 5.30 am for washroom which is 500 meters away and the drivers says washroom in 5 mins. Women are running and going and it is raining heavily.

                            Due to this crap if one of them slips who is responsible.
                            I'm working for a MNC where I work for 10 hours daily and they can't stop me from a washroom break.

                            Who in the #### gives these drivers the right to even conduct such operations. Families with children are being told on face we will not stop again are you guys on a PICNIC.

                            *** Yes we are travelling for leisure and it is not our job so when we are at leisure we are being treated by drivers as slaves. ***
                            A 15 hours travel and one break for food and washroom and 5 mins sprint for washroom in heavy rain.

                            GUJARAT TRAVELS IS GIVEN 5 STAR REVIEW ON PAYTM FOR ITS SERVICE

                            Who gives this rating the driver himself for behaving like a doctor.

                            We as CUSTOMERs pay anything between Rs 1500 - Rs 5000 for getting this kind of service seriously.

                            GUJARAT TRAVEL COMPLAINT takes more than 60days to respond and what they respond is we have taken your feedback and we will make sure it does not happen next time. Why not instead refund the money.

                            If a person having KIDNEY issues is holding his urine for more than 6 hours gets his or her KIDNEY failed who is responsible.

                            There is no customer's service given we are paying for being transported from one place to another like goods and parcel not human beings

                              Staff are nonsense and behaves very rudely with customer. Pick up from starting point always 3 hours late. Drink and driving usual for this travels. Changing seat without informing customers. No cleanliness in bus. Immediately refund my money and shut down the travels immediately.

                              Management marked my complaint as ressolved without even talking to me. Such a nonsense travels management never seen in past. Very rough driving throughout the night. Support staff full drunk and sleeping in between the way of walking route. Not a safe travel to use gujarat travels.

                                My self sarojani Nichal .I was traveled 4 August 2022 in gujarat travels and Bus Number is GJ 03 BV 7914 . For My luggage driver and ticket checker talking very rufly . He says mi 4 time take your luggage and go back our bus
                                . Can this bus his fathers private property ? And he taking 500 rs for luggage . Without any receipt .

We want the full amount refunded. We have not done any mistakes on our end. Looking forward to your cooperation.
