Herewith pasting the content which I've sent to this fraud company. All the complaints posted by others are same as i experienced, so i don't want to repeat the same.

This is the reminder for the mail i've send on Jan 24th 2013. (Copy given Below) Still i haven't got any response from your side to resolve my issues. I've read the complaints pertaining the same or similar on www.consumercomplaints.in. If not, i need to go legally. Hope you can understand the gravity of the problem and act accordingly. This complaint i'm lodging is regarding the payment which has been debited from account. On[protected] i booked 3 packages intending to travel Malaysia on the month of April. So i called up the number which was seen in the newsletter i got by email. The call was connected to a person called AYUSHMAN DIXIT, number [protected],[protected]. So i told him i need to 3 packages for Rs.5495/- each. After taking the details he asked my card number and all other details and booked 3 packages and he said i'll get a booking ID shortly by email. By evening when i checked my a/c by online, to my shock i saw 5 packages were booked instead of 3. So i called up the same number and he said it was wrongly debited due to problem with the server. The money shall be credited back to account within a weeks time. After a few days he called me up and said if i book 2 more packages, i shall be provided complimentary breakfast, dinner & airport transfer. So i said, Ok i'll go for it.So 2 more packages were booked. In total money for 7 packages was debited from my account. I asked him i haven't received any booking ID by mail nor reversal of money for 2 packages. He said nothing to worry it will come, because of the server problem this delay is happening. After a few days i got the mail of ID for 5 packages.(Booking ID: 70585831,70584809,70585389,10676562,[protected] For last 2 bookings , i haven't received the ID so far. I got the confirmation call from the departing asking about the booking and briefing about the terms and conditions. But i've confirmed only 5 booking because, only 5 calls was received, which you can check with the concerned department. After seeing money not credited into account i called up that number again. Till date someone else will pick up and answer that Ayushman is on leave or he is out of station. In fact i've withdrawn all the money from my sb account for not to repeat this mishap again. Now i realized that i was cheated and i called up the customer care and Mr. Akash Tiwari told to lodge a complaint at [protected]@affordablesalespromotions.com.

Also i wanted to make a booking to Thailand on the 13 of February 2013. I send the booking along with a DD for Rs.450/-. I got mail from booking department on 12 Jan saying they received the form, within 3-4 days someone from booking department will call. When nobody called, i called up the customer care and said i need to make a booking. They took my details and said they have transferred the request to booking department, they will call you shortly. But nobody called up. I did the same 4 times and all the times i got the same response. A girl was very rude saying you have stay in the hotel which we book for you, you dont have a choice. Before list of resorts or hotels were seen your website, now that is also not accessible. Even i mailed to [protected]@affordablesalespromotions.com. Nobody reverted for that also.Today when i called up the customer care again My Akash said booking for the month of Feb is full, so you need to book another date.(Past 2 weeks i'm trying to make a booking) This is absolutely unfair because this was not promised onset during the time of booking.As by your terms and conditions, bookings has to be made 21 days prior to the travel, which i made.
I feel i'm cheated and totally dejected annoyed by the experience with you.
This i'm sending as a humble request to sort this issue out. Kindly look into this issue seriously and do the needful.
