Dear team,
I want to complaint for the above noted subject matter, that I have made booked for travel package with the above noted booking numbers and the payment is also done by using credit card for “bag it today”.

the “bag it today” sales executive rohan singh (mobile-[protected]) forced me to take two packages (one of me & second on my wife name) and assured to accommodate my requirement for me & entire my 8th family member. During sale call I clearly mention my size family member that we are 08 members with 02 children’s age 09 years & 03 children’s of age below 03 years, however he contended me that you have make 02 different booking so all the members can be accommodated, and as per his instruction I had booked two different order for tour packages in the name of amol pawar & pritika pawar with the above noted reference numbers, based on this I have planned by leave and train reservation from mumbai to jaipur for all the family members is already done for 04 nov 2012 & return on 07 nov 2012.

Now as per received verification call & email from “bag it today” for the booked packages that was brought to my notice that all both the orders (tour packages) cannot be used simultaneously, and I have to plan to different dates for the same, which very surprising, how a same family can plan holiday at two different dates? the entire episode is causing mental agony as I have made the rail bookings, leaves from office, commitments which I have given to my family, also cancel trip results in my financial losses.

I request you to assist me for resolving the issue on priority by reserve the entire booking amount I.E. 5998 + 5998 = 11996/- Inr so further needful action can be done accordingly however I have also lodged complaint vide no 951675 with customer care unit of india today (bag it today) on dated 06/10/2012.

As per order status on dated 08/10/2012 & time on 16:30 pm, still my orders not confirm. Same I request them to please cancel my order ID no-[protected], [protected] & refund my money in my accounts but no one can give response for same.

It is really painful to to me & my family for with financial loss as well as mentally stress and fail to commitment with family trip.
