[Resolved]  SVR Tours And Travels — Improper condition of BUS, SEATS AND improper maintenance

Yesterday I made my ticket for SVR TOURS AND TRAVELS from Tanuku to Hyderabad on ABHIBUS.COM . Here are my booking details:

My sitting was last but 2, since it is a volvo bus engine was on the back side of the bus, on the floor of the bus near my seat there is a big sized plate kind of thing disallowing smoke into the bus. but all the screws of that plate were not in proper condition and when the bus speeds up the plate was also rising up and down and all the smoke was coming into the bus. The bus I boarded was an A/C bus so, there is no facility to open the windows in the bus. the conductor guy has kept some huge stones and some of our luggage on it. but still the whole night was suffocating for me and my co passengers also since smoke and heat are coming in from some corners. The bus was also in low maintenance, it was full of mosquitoes and the seat adjusting buttons were broken for my seat so that every time it is hard for me to adjust my seat front and back. Though I asked help of conductor to help me, he said that he is unable to do it and finally my copassengers helped me in adjusting. This was rellay a hectic situation and a night mare for me, I didnt have sleep for whole the night and reported for my office as usual the next day(15-May-2013) which caused more and more stress for me and tired ness.
