I have booked a ticket from Srikakulam to Hyderabad on Dec 14, 2022. Bus has started at Srikakulam at 5.35 pm, it has reached to Vishakapatnam by 8.05 pm. After 30/ mins again started the journey, after 3.00 hours they have stopped 1 hour for dinner. After few hours of journey again they have stopped for change if bus with out concern to passengera. The change over bus does not have front glass (broken glass). The change over was taken session...

I reached the bus point at 7:14, person venkatesh, veerendra asked called me at 6:15 said that we planning to start at 6:30. I asked why you are moving early, they have silly reason road is not good.
I requested them many times, but they didn't stop the bus. I reached at 7:14 and re requested to arrange alternative, they didn't respond .I found main office contact Chary and after he told they have arranged. Again at 10:30 bus is puncture, delayed . They forced other passenger to leave early

This bus is not at all in condition, worst maintenance, highly pathetic in condition. Passengers are in worried about their lives as driver and staff removed two of its tyre due to service issues.Why this useless bus in condition to travel and kept all passengers lives at danger. And no one are responding when i call to them. Worst worst and deadliest experience. I want to sue this travels and i want some bloody answer from them.

I bus booking with ?ORDER NO. on my use amount for Rs.5200/-. On the date of journey (10-March 2021), the operator SVR Tours & Travels is worst sitting and worst language used. This type of travels not encourage.

Dear svr management you completely failed in customer service and opperating a professional travel services. This is not my first experience with you many times but i have ignored to complaint because i don't believe any response from you people. But this time it's out of my patience, if any bus or coach cancelled your first duty to inform to customer on high priority and to take customer approval for adjustment seats. If customer likes or convenced he will travel, but without proper communication regarding bus service cancelation and changing seats as you people like will not a manners at all. On 03/02/20 i have booked tickets from hyderabad to goa service no.915 my seat no.20 my father and mother seats are 15 & 16 semi sleeper, but you people changed as per your convenience and shifted to sleeper coach two seats given in very front and 1 seat given very last that is seat no.37 which is not at all consider as a seat because it's base above on the engine of the bus.in this situation how can i travel my parents. Immediately i have called svr travel services numbers which is given in the tickets and the customer support numbers in website, i have experienced worst service no single is working no one their to help you drivers simple saying if you wish to come or i'll get down on the bus we are helpless. I request to the passenger who wish to travel goa kindly ignore svr travel surely you people will also face lot of issues your jurney will not happen as you people plans. It's my humble request to all of you passengers.

On 2 march 2019 evening I have booked the tickets from Shirdi to hyderabad on SVR travels sleeper coach and travelling as well...The behaviour of staff is worst . Am travelled with 2 big trolley bags They did not the keep the lauguagge in the lauguagge cabin. When I asked why the answer they gave with very irresposible behaviour and saying we are not resposible if someone opened the key and if my gets stoled..I have not seen this dirty and vurlgur behaviour of staff with other travels. Coming to the blankets and bed sheets they are very unhygine and worst I could see the dirty marks and the dirt on those. HELLO SVR TRAVELS PLEASE BE MAINTAIN GOOD STAFF AND HYGINE BEDSHEETS AND BLANKETS LIKE ORANGE TRAVELS THEY VERY PROFESSIONAL INTHEIR PROFESSION.They are not running like you...I have photos that am not able to submit with complaint due to photo size issues

The driver and the assistant of SVR TRAVELS used a volgur language to communicate with the me and my wife and left the pickup point Gajuwaka. While asked about the language there is another time started in the same way and inturn saying us to leave the bus. This is how a so called corporate bus travel company workers community and treat the customers.
Not sure how they deal with every day Customers.
Pity this uneducated and senseless workers.

Today we have booked a ticket from vizag to hyderabad from redbus app unfortunately by mistake the gender was placed as female instead of male. Because of this mistake the attender babu rao dropped the passenger in the middle of the journey at anakapalli at late night. We requested them but rather than adjusting he talked very reckless and in a teasing manner. He asked to sit down beside his allocated seat. He should stop while boarding bus at the boarding point itself. He sold the tickets illegally and asked to get down the bus.
We want justice to this kind of behaviour

Calling no one came forward den after the bus start a small girl of 5yrs nd two ladies asked to stop the bus fr washroom nd the driver shouted on us regardless to that v r passengers nd ultimately i have suffered frm stomach pain holding of washroom nd den wer he stopped frhaving our order got late in serving nd he forced us to get up from half meal really i traveled a lot bt nvr seen such worst character driver who thinks only business nt customer satisfaction i vl nvr gt in dis travel agn.. Very poor quality. All used bedsheet and blankets. Bus conductor, caretaker and drivers are rude and treating very bad with lady passengers.ac bus without ac and drinking water. Customers have been fooled.

High ticket price and service is too low. Can't even describe abt the condition of the bus. Bus is always running late and stopping anywhere. This travel company should be banned

Hi tv9 team, i have advice you to take serious action on svr tours and travels.

i have booked a sleeper from vizag to hyderabad. Traveling date 17th-sep'17 but while boarding got semi-sleeper in the evening. My all co passenger asked to allot another sleeper at later time, they didn’t. Also they don’t want to pay the difference of price between sleeper and semi-sleeper. We all were stopped the bus at hyathnagar and got down from the bus we were discussing with the driver, in that time my wallet got stolen too bus conductor or cleaner my be stolen my wallet. Such a worst service i had experienced. Too bad of a management. Can’t believe this. I wish they should understand to pay money if they should pay me the difference of fare, and should understand if i want semi-sleeper, i would have booked one myself. Too bad.‎
And i have logged the the complaint near police station of hyathnagar ps all co passenger were with me, many of then return back to their home. I have lost my all original governments document my rc, license, pan card vote card adhar card my banking cards many more things i have lost. After that i returned to home by the help of hyathnagar ps. Being a lady returned to home by 2am in the mid night. All the happened because of srv tour and travel bus totally worst and worst svr travels... I want to raise this issue in the tv9. I requested you to kindly published this issue on tv9 let's all public get awareness about svr travels and should not book travel by svr travels... My pick up point was Bellandur at 10.10pm. The bus operator called me at 10.15pm saying the bus will be at Hebbal and he is sending a tempo traveller to the pick up point. The tempo traveller came to the pick up point at 10.45pm.

There was no place in the tempo traveller....

I have booked 10 tickets from Goa to Hyderabad on[protected]. Each ticket price is 1600 rupees. For total i have paid 16000 rupees for tickets. I have expected minimum service from the SVR tours & Travels. But the journey was horrible. Sleepless and painful journey because of the bed bugs. In each seat we can expect at least 30 to 40 bed bugs. Neatness of the bus is very poor. Our bodies with red rashes and swellings. We ask the bus staff about this. They simply said that bus came late at last night that's why we were not cleaned. At last we stand in the bus and sia on the mid way between the seats. I took photos and videos of that bed bugs in the seats. I need necessary action on the bus and their service.
