I am being cheated by this online portal company (tourtravelworld.com). We are in Tourism Industry & I am a tour operator. Six months back I got a call from this company (call was made by Ms. Sunaina), she offered me a package of Rs.11500/- for promoting my business and create a web catalog (travel website) and ensured me that I would get online inquiries. I suggested her that I do only Foreigner’s inquiries not Indian inquiries. I mean to say I only entertain those inquiries of Foreigners who want to visit India and not Indian people inquiries. She promised me that I would get mixed inquiries. I was agreed that it is ok for me that I would also get Foreigners inquiries and it was sufficient for me. They took one month time to create that catalog and put it online.

In the beginning I got few Indian inquiries I ignored and hoped that I will also get Foreigner’s inquiries. You won’t believe that it is gone 6 months I never get a single foreigner inquiries from their catalog and what they promised. I complained to them. Ms. Nidhi was my Supporting head who supports my account at Tourtravelworld.com.She always answers me that she has forwarded my complain to their back end office, I don’t understand what is that, this back end office never solve my problems correctly 100%. Infact the catalog would not as per your requirements or say as per your business requirements. It is totally as per their norms. My question is that then what is the purpose & use of that. If you are in the market to sell the things “A” and tourtravelworld.com push you to sell “B”. It is what is wrong with Tourtravelworld.com

Anyways Ms. Nidhi make me contacted to Ms. Anju her senior in the company, she always behaves like a god professional and promised me to resolve all the problems but again the “train is on the same track”. You never get the proper solution. It is about 50 times l called them to correct the mistakes in their catalog then they solve otherwise they don’t care of this. They have to give the proper feed back to their clients. You will call them and then they will correct the mistakes in the catalog. It is totally “playing in the well”. Are you a service provider or what? You did not do your compete home work and placed your product in the market? How can you do it. I will say TTW (Tourtravelworld.com) is 110% FRAUD.

Today I am still waiting for Foreigner inquiries but GOD knows when the inquiries will come.Truth is that TTW is not a service provider of Foreigner inquires, it is DOMESTIC services provider, so please be aware of TTW specially those who are in INBOUND tours.
Their ENQUIRY FORM in catalog not correct, form is in different format and the inquiry will come to you in different format. I complained so many times but no result.

I have lost my money and time both and I know I cannot get it refund but I request you to all people from all kind of industries never use the services of TTW otherwise you will be cheated. It is completely FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!!
