I am from Shimla. I was customer of tourtravel world. From 2019. I took package with leads and website.
Leads which they gave all were fake non of the inquiry was matured. Rest regarding the website they gave so many promises after getting the website. That website was not secured when I told them they asked for more money. Then I asked them to give user ID and password of my cpanel they dint gave. And said JO KARNA HAI WOH KARLO you have to take package from
us only. .

So I will suggest not to trust these type of company and avoid them to take any package or deal them for website permotion. If you want more information you can ask me about them

I am feeling cheated by the company "TourTravel world .com" and its (parent company Weblink) in the name of providing the services of advertisement for my business. I took the services from them on 2nd December 2022 (Invoice No. WEB/REG 10766). They assured me that they will start my services within 7-10 days. However, it didn't happen in a month. They are providing an unsecured portal without SSL certification. I made the half payment and the rest of the amount is pending. I want the resolution of my issue, either they refund my amount or provide me the complete product as it is required for a business.

They grab the money from people and don't fulfill what they commit.

Company just want money and it's not a service provider.

I paid money to company on Feb 20, 2020 and took a subscription of 1 year. After a month there is a lock down of Covid 19.
My business was of Travel Agency and I told them due to covid and restrictions we have to extend or keep on hold...

I want join this platform but i said i want some time so there is a bad man raj said deposit money . i said wait i m thinking about it but he gave me abused and bad words. totally fraud company never join this . save ur money ....

I bought package from journeylead for my Travelyug travel agency business. Big promises in starting but no cooperation after I purchased their 150 leads package in INR 12000. And what about website promotions, i have done everything for a website
The promotion that you'll have said to me to do.
First, you said, take payment gateway that is for 3500-/ it will help in google promotion. So, i have paid you for that,
Then you have said to secure the website and do ssl for 7500-/ i have also done that.
But no leads are coming from promotions, why?

Guys, i have invested my hard-earned money on your promises and trust but i am getting zero results from you.

I request you'll to do something and promote my website and send me quality leads,

Anyone please, come in front and at least give a reply and proper solution to me.

We are in tourism industry & i am a tour operator
Tour travel world its a big time fraud company.. The whole team are fraud..
They taken money and told they will get website + ssl security + promotion + fully verified leads. Etc etc
But after collect the money whole team gone on invisible mode... We are not getting any lead no promotional no update even no call...

I am being cheated by this online portal company (Tourtravelworld.com). We are in tourism industry & i am a tour operator. Three year back i got a call from this company (Call was made by ms. Neelam thakur), she offered me a package of rs. 55000/- for 3 years promoting my business and create a web catalog (Travel website) and ensured me that i would get online inquiries. I suggested her that i do only indian’s inquiries. I mean to say i only entertain those inquiries of indians who wand to visit goa, himachal pradesh, uttrakhand, char dhaam yatra, do dhaam yatra, kerala, gujarat, in india. And who indians want to visit in abroad thailand, malaysia, singapore, dubai, bali, she promised me that i would get mixed inquiries. I was agreed that it is ok for me that i would also get all destinations inquiries and it was sufficient for me. They took one month time to create that catalog and put it online.

In the beginning i got few fraud inquiries i ignored and hoped that i will also get indian’s true inquiries. You won’t believe that it is gone 3 years i never get a single true inquiries from their catalog and what they promised. I complained to them. Ms. Neelam thakur was my supporting head who supports my account at tourtravelworld.com. She always answers me that she has forwarded my complain to their back end office, i don’t understand what is that, this back end office never solve my problems correctly 100%. Infact the catalog would not as per your requirements or say as per your business requirements. It is totally as per their norms. My question is that then what is the purpose & use of that. If you are in the market to sell the things “a” and tourtravelworld.com push you to sell “b”. It is what is wrong with tourtravelworld.com

Anyways ms. Nidhi, vandana, pooja, neelam rawat, and mr monti verma make me contacted to ms. Neelam thakur her senior in the company, she always behaves like a god professional and promised me to resolve all the problems but again the “train is on the same track”. You never get the proper solution. It is about 50 times l called them to correct the mistakes in their catalog then they solve otherwise they don’t care of this. They have to give the proper feed back to their clients. You will call them and then they will correct the mistakes in the catalog. It is totally “playing in the well”. Are you a service provider or what? You did not do your compete home work and placed your product in the market? How can you do it. I will say tourtravelsworld (Tourtravelworld.com) is 110% fraud.

Today i am still waiting for true inquiries but god knows when the inquiries will come. Truth is that touetravelsworld.com is not a true service provider of true inquires, it is fraud services provider, so please be aware of tourtravelsworld.com specially those who are in fraud inquires.

Their inquiry form in catalog not correct, form is in different format and the inquiry will come to you in different format. I complained so many times but no result.

I have lost my money and time both and i know i cannot get it refund but i request you to all people from all kind of industries never use the services of tourtravelsworld.com otherwise you will be cheated. It is completely fraud!! Fraud!! Fraud!!

I, Shashi Nehria Prop.Himachal vacations tour and travels situated at Dharamshala Himachal Pradesh.About one month before i got call from Sales person Mr.Fahad.Mob.no [protected]. He sold me trial gold pack.I done 10000/-rs.payment.After they start demanded more 10500/- which was not discussed before.For extra payment i also got call from Mr.Rahul mob no [protected].At that time i am getting about about 20 calls a day from both sales persons.And as per their commitment i paid them 10500/-more total 20500/-.After that Mr.Rahul is not picking up my phone and Mr.Fahad is saying i don't have time to talk with you.Mr.Fahad arranged a meeting with his senior at Delhi on 22/07/2019 with Mr.Rohit.He explained me well and suggested me to upgrade my pack to Platinum investing like 15000/- extra.AS it is my online start up and i want to work on trial pack for first year so i refused to upgrade.I told them that if i will get profit then next year i will upgrade my pack.But now Mr.Fahad is saying that if you will not upgrade then investing 20500/- is of no use Which was not told me before.And now Mr.Rahul his senior is not picking up my phone and Mr.fahad is saying Don't waste my time i have another customers also.I also tried to call helpline nos., but no body picked up.so, it is my humble request to solve the problem and take actions against sales persons.

I am being cheated by this online portal company (Tourtravelworld.com). I was purchased package from tour travel world of rs.16500 and now no one response from tour travel world. I am not getting any customer from them. Mr. Sanjay rathour was sales person to whom i was purchased package or rs.16500. Now his phone is switched off from last 2 days.

They call all Inbound tour operator every day to join and buy Query from them. They don't have any Inbound query and are totally fraud so please be aware. Their sales team are illiterate and use abuse words as they are not pleasing you for Business but they work as recovery agents. Please shut this company as they are a total fraud.

I have invested more than 50 k in tour travel world and didn't got any benefit in return. A guy name sateesh (An agent in this company) was handling my request. He have taken money and told i will get website + ssl security + promotion + fully verified leads. He also promise that in my website i will get direct request of client travelling to andaman. Till date i didn't any direct request of any client

There leads are totally waste to work upon.

In short, its a total waste of time and money to work with tour travel world.

Really really worst customer service experience from sanjay and pooja mishra, dont trust these guys, bunch of stupids are working here! Tour travel world is fake company. This company is totally fraud after make the payment they ignore the service and misguide day by day. And i have taken the platinum membership package from this company. Sanjay after a long conversation and many promises they made and its very annoying that after taking the money none of the promises were true they even stopped answering the call and mail and fake promises no any single response from there work. We are effected by this tourtravelworld. I suggest to others... Kindly read the feedback before make the payment and even never talk with them.

I have booked a ticket from dallas to hyderabad with a registered travel agent at this website which is totally fraud. (Agent name is rohit tandon and number:+[protected];+[protected]). He entered my name wrong wantedly. I have been requesting him for 4 long weeks and i received no reply from him. He would be online on whatzapp and not answer the call, decline the call and finally blocked my number. I have dropped so many mails regarding this and i recieve no reply.
It is waste of time and money as the entire website is completely fraud. Beware of this person especially.

I started working as tour operator. I received a call from tourravelworld.com.
Ttw executive mr gurpreet tell me about company services and said about there paid services that i took in 10000/-, he tell me they will work as i want as discussed before the payment. But he cheated with me and unable to provide committed services and not taking my call. He is totally fraud company, don't waist money. Tourtravelworld.com cheated me. Fake promises no any single response from there work.

I contact with many person of this company. But not any solution.

I got a call from Jitendra (Tour Travel World executive) 2 years back he offered me a plan to promote my website and assured me the higher rank in Google search engine along with high ratio of tour inquires. Till this date I have invested over 100K but yet not got any response they promised me. Every time they offer new services ask always for money but do not solved my previous issues.

Please take a serious action against this fraud web portal.
