Travel2Be — Flight Booking

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have done a booking on 15th of December 2021 using the website travel2be as suggested by the google search results.

After confirming my flight dates and details, at the payment gateway they bypassed my payment without OTP confirmation after I submitted my debit card details. And they OVERCHARGED me and now are refusing to answer my calls. I am unable to confirm if my flight has been confirmed or not and also why they overcharged me? I need help.
