Travel2Be — Full refund request

I've booked a flight with this company.
The airline company have changed the date of the flight, and agreed to give a full refund, but Travel2be just canceled my flight, and didn't give me back the money. There is no answer from them whatsoever. Worst experience I had with customer support ever.
