Travel4Holiday — i purchased a wonderful holiday package for rs.12800/-

I got call from ritu, travel4holiday on[protected]Contact no is [protected]) after noon, and they explained for offer for me a holiday package for rs.12800/- for 4n/5d any location in india. Then i asked mail me the details, immediately they sent the details. I searched their contact details in website, there mentioned in contact no is [protected]. Then i called to the contact number and asked for ritu name, they transfer the call to her. So i believe the offer, they sent link for payment. The payment link is related icici bank. During the telephonic conversation they told "we are offering gift along with this holiday package for 48 members selected people" and mentioned the same details sent to mail. After completion of payment i got confirmation mail from [protected]@travel4holiday.com and mentioned as "you will get welcome kit in 7 to 10 working days. But till today not received any kit from travel 4holiday, i called them three times after give period (10 days), 1st call they told" wait 2 to 3 days sir". 2nd call" we have some technical problem, we will send in 3 days. 3rd call "we will check and call your registered mobile in 24 hours". After 24 hours the mobile was switched off till today. So i'm thinking i want proceed to legally on this issue.
