Travelbings — booked a package for wayanad and cancelled. no refund

I have booked a package for wayanad from oct 6 to 8. The travel agent amit has offered this package and he haven't pick the call after some days. I was asking them to provide details to pay remaining balance. None responded. After somedays got cancelled and said will refund money. But it has been 20days not refunding money always saying checking status. I am sending continuous mails not responding too and also not picking up the call. Shivani who is a travel agent said some difficulties has been faced for refunding to credit card and asked my debit account but still not refunding.
