Travelbings — refund not credit in my account

I have booked a package for wayanad from oct 21 to 23. The travel agent amit has offered this package and he haven't pick the call after some days. After successful payment done he was not replied. My tour package not arrange by travel agent. I continue calling to mr amit but he was not responding. My holiday total planning failed by travelbings. I was paid 7402 amount 50% of travel. I want to refund but no reply. Travelbings web site not working ofiice cell number not reachable. What can i do for my refund??
