Am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by TripoDeal in connection to my recent travel plans (Trip details 3 Pax to Dubai, Abhu Dhabhi from Bangalore, inclusive of visa, flight, hotel, all on road transfers and all amusement park entries inclusive)
Unfortunately, I find it necessary to file a consumer complaint due to the following reasons:
1. Failure to Conduct Mandatory Checks: TripoDeal did not perform the necessary checks required for travel to the UAE. Despite providing all necessary documents well in advance, I was not informed that the passport should have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel. As a result, I was unable to proceed with my trip.
2. Issuance of Fake Visa: A fake visa for my daughter was provided for the supposed travel date of 29th November 2023.
3. Non-Provision of Flight Tickets: No flight tickets were provided for the scheduled travel on 29th November.
4. Repeated Rescheduling without Package Delivery(30th Oct, 20th Nov, 24th Nov, 27th Nov, 28th Nov and 29th Nov): Despite rescheduling our travel dates four times to accommodate TripoDeal's convenience, the promised travel package was never delivered. Was this information helpful? |
