Am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by TripoDeal in connection to my recent travel plans (Trip details 3 Pax to Dubai, Abhu Dhabhi from Bangalore, inclusive of visa, flight, hotel, all on road transfers and all amusement park entries inclusive)

Unfortunately, I find it necessary to file a consumer complaint due to the following reasons:

The customer service is pathetic. They should not be doing a web check in. Since I have my PNR I can check in myself. Because of their mistake me and my two year old had been assigned two different seats far from each other.

Due to health issue ( leg injury) weren't able to travel and had requested for refund. Even the entire tax amount wasn't refunded. Booking details are as below -
