Am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by TripoDeal in connection to my recent travel plans (Trip details 3 Pax to Dubai, Abhu Dhabhi from Bangalore, inclusive of visa, flight, hotel, all on road transfers and all amusement park entries inclusive)

The customer service is pathetic. They should not be doing a web check in. Since I have my PNR I can check in myself. Because of their mistake me and my two year old had been assigned two different seats far from each other....
