Pnr : 94395486 We booked 4 tickets with aeroline bus worth rs 800 per seat for a/c sleeper volvo Complaints are :- 1. The bus was 3rd class with very bad condition 2. While booking on travel yari, it shows that its taking to "surat city" Where as it later on conducor informed that it will drop us at high way of surat, where no taxis are available caused double money 3. The cabinet where we put lugguage was full of dust - the bus took a short cut and was jumping so badly that it created health issues to my 60 years+ parent - please take an action and dont give fake details on online Please contact back on [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Operator also clearly mentioned dropping point of Surat is Kadodara, so driver dropped them at kadodara.
