On 26 feb 22 i want to travel from nagpur to pune bus oprator dashmesh travels 4.10pm is pick up time and i am waiting at pickup spot time 5pm suddenly bus oprator says bus have problem so we want to go for repair at service center repair time is 3-4 hours so firstly provide alternate option but there is no alternate option so who is responsible for this i am very suffer on this type of irresponsible service.
