I'd like to report an incident of terrible customer service dished out to me.
I had a confirmed ticket (ticket number mentioned above in the subject) for Mumbai to Ahmedabad via National Travels (ABD) on 24th December, 2015 at 10:40 pm.
The bus was cancelled without any prior intimation via call, SMS, email.
I ended up running around and had to make a new booking directly with the same operator, with an additional charge of INR 1200.
The SMS sent did not have the bus number, nor were the phone numbers that were provided helpful.

Please look into this issue and provide me with a satisfactory resolution.

Please be informed to you as per received response from operator on your complaint he was given prior information to you via SMS regarding bus is cancelled. Already we had arranged Con call 2 times to resolve this issue, Operator was apologized for your inconvenience & processed full refund against your PNR No.
