[Resolved]  Travelyaari.com — bus cancelled by operator but not refunded

Hi,

I had done booking on 4th sept 2020 (Pnr no[protected], bus is cancelled by operator but money not yet refunded.
Now bus operator is not taking any complaint they are telling that we cancelled bus & told you immediately after ticket booking. Also they are saying that you have complaint to travelyaari.

Plz solve this issue.
