Travelyaari.com — bus operator cancel bus but refund not received

please inform you that my bus operator call me before 3 hours of my travel that bus has been cancel for today, in this case i have no option how do i do my travel, i am very worried about this customer service provide by Travelyaari.
and 2nd reason is Travelyaari customer care not reachable, in this case by whom i have share my problem .
