Dear Sir, I booked my return trip from Indore to Ahmedabad on 6th of Nov-2016. I booked ticket on line and made payment through my debit card travelyaari.com wide PNR no[protected]. They booked me and my family for three sleeper and accepted my payment. They sent me email of Cancellation of trip in the morning, but evening once again I received email and massage for travelling conformation, while I went to destination, i did not found any office or BUS. Today morning when I call them for refund they says will take 5-6 days and not replying my mail for quick refund. at the time of cancellation they are deducting money at a time. when I asked for the refund of full ticket value and extra I paid to take alternate transportation they don't reply. kindly help me for appropriate refund.
