I booked bus ticket from chandigarh to jammu by punbus dated 8th nov 18 10:50 am & back from jammu to chandigarh by zamidara 10 pm but i did not receive any sms or mail though cost of tickets was deducted from my account.
I repeatedly contact your toll free no but they insisted that no booking is there in name / mobile no [protected].
Consequently i again booked a seat in punbus from chandigarh to jammu on 8th nov by same bus & from jammu to chd by zamidara on 12th nov.
When i boarded bus today at 10:50 am punbus i found that there are two seats booked in my name
Pease look into the matter & refund me the cost of ticket
Also please examine whether two tickets have been booked in my name on 12th nov
& if so cancel one ticket & refund me the amount

Copy of passenger list obtained from bus conductor is attached, u will observe that two seats viz 17 & 18 are booked in my name
