[Resolved] Travelyaari.com — Fraud in ticket selling, same ticket sold to two passengers | |||||
Hello, I have lodged complaint against travelyarri for mis behave and fraud while booking online ticket. my booked ticket details are as follows, PNR : [protected] Ticket No:[protected] Seat No: 29 Fare: 1449 Booking date : 21st may Operator : Sindh Travels Rout : Amravati to pune Time : 7 PM to 5.50 AM I board at Amravati by 7 PM, operator checked my tickets and allowed to have seat on 29 no. After some distance sindh travel agents stoped bus at Mehakar and ask me to vacant seat at 1.30 AM, I tried to call travelraari for 20 times there was no response received from travelyaari. Travels agent force me to get down even after showing my confirmed ticket. I suffer whole night by seating in passage, I never sleep there as every time i have to stand up for each passenger to go to and fro. I lost my important meeting at client side also I could not able to attend office at next day. Travelyaari portal is solely responsible for this. I want my complete ticket to be refund immediately and my work lost compensation of Rs. 10, 000/- at earliest. As updated by concerned team, Our team had discussed the issue with operator on [protected], as there was double seating issue on that day from operators end so that's reason why this issue was happened & they apologized for the discomfort caused. As per operators voice, they provided seat no. 31 in same AC bus & did the journey as well. Our team convinced the operator & they agreed to provide partial refund Rs 700/- & same has been initiated from our end. It would be credited in the next 7-10 working days (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays).
