This has reference to ticket booked for journey from pune to bhusawal ondate 20 july 2018. The bus didn’t ply as there was a strike of punbus. I have already requested for a refund for same with multiple requests and complaints and yet same hasn’t been done for past 2 months. I have already been promised a refund but nothing has moved yet. You are requested to do the needful earliest.
